PCS Real Estate was founded in 1995 to help rebuild neighborhoods in Los Angeles after the devastating Northridge earthquake, and has quickly grown to a premier provider of high-end, luxury multi-family communities as well as developers of continuing care retirement communities. Today, PCS is an integrated group of companies that includes acquisition, development, and property management. We have assembled experienced real estate professionals whose focus is to identify, plan, and create projects that set the standard among their competition. Consistent with our strategy to own our projects for the long term, we always build to the highest levels of quality.
